Dr. Lockett’s career reflects a deep commitment to equity, leadership development, and academic excellence across diverse educational settings.

Throughout her career, Dr. Lockett has successfully served as a teacher, instructional coach, assistant principal, adjunct professor, and dual enrollment coordinator. She has designed and led professional development for educators in Title I, ESOL, and inclusive environments, working with students from pre-kindergarten through the collegiate level. Her expertise includes curriculum development, classroom management, teacher coaching, and educational leadership.
