Dr. L. Tenae Lockett is a dynamic and results-driven educational consultant and school leader with over 20 years of experience spanning K–12 and higher education. As the founder of Branch, Lockett & Associates, LLC, she is committed to empowering learners and educators alike through personalized guidance, inspired teaching, and research-based strategies. Dr. Lockett’s career reflects a deep commitment to equity, leadership development, and academic excellence across diverse educational settings.
Throughout her career, Dr. Lockett has successfully served as a teacher, instructional coach, assistant principal, adjunct professor, and dual enrollment coordinator. She has designed and led professional development for educators in Title I, ESOL, and inclusive environments, working with students from pre-kindergarten through the collegiate level. Her expertise includes curriculum development, classroom management, teacher coaching, and educational leadership. Dr. Lockett is frequently invited to speak at educational conferences, where she presents on topics such as active learning, technology integration, and transformational leadership.
Dr. Lockett holds a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from the University of North Florida and advanced certifications in reading, English, and leadership training.
